Mansa Manage provides an institute management system that includes:

• Student and teacher management
• Batch and class scheduling
• Attendance tracking
• Fee management and payment processing
• Reports and analytics
• Communication tools

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

• Create an account with accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Be responsible for all activities under your account
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent

4. Subscription and Payment

4.1 Free Trial: We offer a 30-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required for the trial period.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions: After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service.

4.3 Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

4.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mansa Manage shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or data loss
• Unauthorized access to your account
• Third-party actions or content

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

10.1 By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

10.2 By Us: We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice.

10.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may request a copy of your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mansa Manage, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
